Sophia.org Beta Testers

A student found http://www.sophia.org/ and told me about it. It's like Kahn academy but different. I made an account but I am not exactly sure what to do with it. I would love for some kids and maybe parents to join up and help me with it.

The code for the student group is on my school Instagram, misslowerycabot. Follow me or get it from someone if it looks like something you would like. You don't have to make an account. Just log in using your school email or facebook.

I just learned about the site this weekend so I don't have official lessons there but I would love to try it out with you guys so I can get some ideas about how to use it better.

Snow Day Calculator

As of 12:50ish we had a 25% chance Thursday and a 19% chance Friday with a note that this was likely an early dismissal. Both are in the slim to none range so DO YOUR HOMEWORK and GO TO BED ON TIME just in case. A snow day is better when you are rested and don't have homework anway.
