Negative and Zero Exponents

  1. How do you rewrite a power so that the exponent is positive instead of negative or vice versa? Like in 13.3, problem 2, number 6! Sorry I missed several days last week because I was sick.

    1. I can't type fractions so I am afraid I will confuse you more. Did you do the tables with the calculator? Those really help. Your phone will do the negative exponents if you turn it side ways. The exponent button has x^y on it.
